I spent the last week or so working on installing my door poppers.. like 1 hour a night, haha, not much free time. Finally got them all in today, so it was time to get to work. First real go with my new welder.. first time doing welding on a car's body.. so much to go wrong //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/veryhappy.gif.fec4fed33b4a1279cf10bdd45a039dae.gif

just a solenoid, no big.
Chopped up my old door for fillers:
ew
then the hardest part.. grinding into the old paint //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif
a few tacks... gettin the settings dialed in and stuff (never used this welder for more than a few practice beads yet)
tacks on the front.. I think I got the technique pretty much down, hoorah!
That's as far as I got tonight.. both passenger doors have a good number of tacks, and the reflection in the paint doesn't look like it's warped yet, so fingers crossed!
