ED's K's & A's SPL WISE

I was wondering for people who have listened to the 12K's and 12A's would do they compete with SPL Wise in a ported box tuned to about 35hz?

ALSO:

Which would have more SPL/ LOUDER, I dont care as much about SQ, mostly want really loud STREET BASS.

a ED12A in about 2.4cft ported box after displacement tuned to say about 35hz or a ED15A in the same box, some people say the ED15A will be louder, some say the ED12A cuz its in a bigger box and more to its potential, either way I want some opinions and it would be nice if ben replied, they would both be seeing about 1200W
