I have heard some bashing of Elemental Designs but I have also heard some good. I am in the market for an 8" sub that will fit in my stock Ford Explorer location. Is this a decent quality sub? They have it listed for $95 with shipping.

Any info on the quality (good or bad) of this product is appreciated.

WTF?!

Haha!! I am assuming they are not a very reputable company from a few of the threads I have been reading in the past couple minutes. Any ideas on what would be a decent 8" sub that would do well with 150watts?

They are a good company but they have had quite a few mishaps.......that sub should perform well over your expectations //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Apparently the motor spins, on some given axis, which then gives you super BL because it acts like two motors around the same coil, which could only equal one thing:

Uber-loud.

And where's the umlaut button when you need it?!

well i have their nine.1 amo and two of their nine.4 amps and i love my amps...all are rated at 12 volts and do more at 14 volts so i was happy with that. plus 5 year warranty...kinda nice i thought

I'm sure they will be sufficient for your purpose OP.

Ben used to write all of their material. I'm not sure if he still does, but it wouldn't surprise me. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif
