Eclipse CD7000 : problem with memory stick formatting

Hi,

Have been meddling with the eclipse CD7000 for some time now.

The [MS FORMAT] do not appear in the [custom - Func] menu with or without the stick inserted. What's going on?

I understand that it cannot read stick which have been formatted by other computers but surely it should allow me to format a used stick? I use a "used" 16MB Sony memory stick.

Can any one please help?

Hmmm I haven't tried the MS functions on my CD7k yet. You are right that you need to format it in the unit.

wow 16MB get a stick with more memory they are cheap.
