Eclipse 10" Sub ID help.

Can anyone help ID these 10" eclipse aluminum subs?

It's hard to notice because the sense of scale skews things, but those are actually a TC7 motor. If you find a picture of the old school 10" HCCA you can spot the differences in the width of the motor relative to the basket. Still a very nice sounding driver and those are in really nice condition.

Are the tc9 motors bigger?

Yeah, but it's really hard to know that unless you have both in your hands because they look identical and you rarely see them side by side in a picture. TC9 is larger in diameter. TC7 is good for sealed applications.

In order to answer your question, I would need to know what model (e.g. SW4200, SW7524DVC). Also, are you looking to make a ported box or sealed?
