ebay problem

i recently bought two items from the same seller on ebay, the seller had very good feedback and a score of over 5,000. he had a good return policy and i wasn't satisfied with my items so i sent them back. the packages said no email was neccesary and once the packages were received i would get a refund. well now i sent them both back the day after i got them and only received one refund. i emailed the seller numerous times, but get no response. what should i do?

E-mail them again, threatening further action if the situation is not resolved with 24 or 48 hours.
