ebay hid kit sucess??

IMO 6k is fine in stock reflectors i havent been beamed yet but i did adjust them
The Kelvin measurement has nothing to do with stock or aftermarket projectors. As the Kelvin temperature increases, its Lumen rating decreases.

And theyre not called reflectors, they are projectors.

Everyone always wants that so called "color flicker" with their HID's. And buying some off the wall brand from Hong Kong on eBay isnt going to get you that. The "flicker" is produced by the projector housing and lens combo.

You buy crappy bulbs and youll get crappy light output, especially when you put that crappy bulb in a crappy projector housing, or even worse yet, a halogen housing. Cheap bulbs have hotspots and horrible cut off lines.

Like everything else in life, you get what you pay for. If you want the best possible light output, you need to do it right. If you want to be some ricer fag, then by all means, light your lil car up like a Christmas tree with all those pretty wetty lil colors.

I had a 35w xentex kit on my old car for 4 years with no problems, lights were off in color though. For my lexus I got a 55w kit from ddmtuning and that sht is brightttt!

What brand are they and how much..?? Any link?

This is interesting. People are saying that I shouldn't do HID conversion with my stock reflectors, that getting projectors will not reflect the light and I won't be an ******* on the road at night...

really? I wanna get some 35w misimoto 5000k's, but I just wanna drop it in and have it working, not alter my actual light housing..

DDM tuning hands down, ive had probaly 6 sets total in my different vehicles through out the last 3 years and none of them have ever failed. Ive recommended DDM to everyone one of my friends and they too had great success.

Take some time when you install them and put a little di-electic grease in the connectors to prevent corrosion.

I have heard alot a of good things about DDM tuning.. Customer service is a little iffy and it takes about two weeks to get your kit
ddm tuning customer service is great. only reason shipping takes time is cuz the kits comes straight from factory in china. just like the majority of the hid kits out there, most of em are manufactured in the few build houses out there and just have different labels.

now back to their customer service, a ballast blew on my friends hi-low kit a couple weeks after i put it in for him. I sent an rma request, got an RMA number same day no questions asked. i shipped the blown ballast out to socal and had a new ballast at my door next week. yeah "new bal'ast next week", but i essentially got a replacement for $3 shipping so i didnt mind a couple days wait.

Anyone use any of the many ebay hid kits with longterm sucess...ive seen alot for 35 bucks ..just wana know what to try and stay away from ..thanks
bought a pair for my 4th gen camaro. that was 2 years ago. took them off when i got rid of it. added them to the new ride.... they still work

bad review on ddm tunning from friends can some one tell me if its true, they said they order 6k but looks like 8k, 8k that look like 10k or it might me the other way wrong 8k-6k 10k-8k? And the other is it takes a good 3 weeks to month to get kit is these Assumptions true?
