I sent an rma request, got an RMA number same day no questions asked. i shipped the blown ballast out to socal and had a new ballast at my door next week. yeah "new bal'ast next week", but i essentially got a replacement for $3 shipping so i didnt mind a couple days wait.</blockquote>
