Easy Install?

I have a 2000 Mustang, and will be putting components in the front doors soon...The stock speaker is a 6X8", and the comps will be 6.5"....Is this a simple install, or will it take a lot of fabrication for them to fit? Anyone with experience with this car and speakers size would really be helpful...What is needed to make this work? Thank you

I've installed on those before. If you have access to a jigsaw and some plywood/MDF you can make a baffle using the old 6x8 as a template and then just cut out your holes for the mid and tweet and mount back in the stock location. Works like a charm and then if you sell the car it's too easy to put it back to stock.

Thank you for the help!
