Has anyone run these with good results? i found a Earthquake T2000wd/1 TNT Series 1000 Watt Rms @ 2 ohm mono block amplifier. just wondering if i should buy this would it be a decent quality amp to run my sub, or should i look elsewhere. thanks for any input anyone might have.

I did my 153.6 db street beat average on two Earthquake PHD 10.000's on 4 DD 3510's started out over 154 dbs at Arkansas Blast in Street Beat 2 for the World Record SB2 average...If someone knows what they are doing these are more than capable amps...The PHD 10,000's were the same amps as the PHD 5000's except that they are strappable....One of my friends that was with me at ARK Blast did a 147+ street beat average and 150db's outlaw on one Earthquake PHD3 on 4 DD 1008a's in Street Beat 1 he won his class as well //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

^^^so what you are saying is that you and your friend have had good luck using them. I am not interested in spl so much as reliability, and getting close to rated power from them. judging from your scores though they put out some good power though, so thats a plus. i just need something that will put out 600 - 1000rms @2ohm reliably at a good price, and the amp i mentioned fits the bill. any one else have anything to add?
