Earthquake makes some SOLID products. They were fairly popular a few years ago and their 'old skool' amps are awsome.

But to answer your question entirely, yes they do their rated power, and they will do more than it as well.

Earthquake used to kick ***, especially for spl uses- don't know too much about thier current gear but I bet its solid.
