dvd wiring problem

i have a 03 aviator that came with factory installed rear dvd player i installed after market dvd head unit. i used wiring harness this bypassed my rear dvd so it doesnt work now i want to coonect the rear screen to my head unit so both screens play the same thing but my head unit only has video out rca and rear dvd is factory wiring so i need to know how to convert the video out rca to the factory wires of the rear screen.i need the wiring diagram to know which wires are what

your best bet is to call a dealer or search a vehicle specific forum....or you can try to figure it out yourself using your powers of deduction and testing the various wires come out of the factory monitor

dealer says no on the wiring diagram something about moving violation laws i think there just being stingy
