DVD screen and player

hi all....

i have a sony dvd screen and the red/orange parts of the picture have gone pink. the dvd player is a no brand heap of shit one... excuse the language.

ive tried a different player...the picture is alot clearer (it was fuzzy and jumpy) but still bright pink.

the screen has a small box with 2 inputs and an output (rectangle plug with about 12 small wires from it) its silver.grey in colour and sony also.

it has awesome sound and operates fine minus the picture pink.

any help would be great/...
