ok i have a new toshiba laptop here. i have never used it to write dvd's. i want to use it to burn some dvd as data cds (an assload of files, no movies here).
when i go to "my computer" i see the dvd drive is a "DVD-RAM" drive. although im reading on some websites that its a "super-multi" and that i can burn other types of media. although wikipedia SEEMS to suggest you need dvd-ram discs for this type of drive.
is there any truth to this? or do i have to use/purchase dvd-ram media? the computer is a toshiba a105-s1712
