DVD Player help

I was looking on ebay, and came across the Blaupunkt DVD-ME1 for about $120...I was wondering if this is just another one of those cheap ebay auction items or is this thing worth it...any imput?

i was thinking about getting that too? and im not sure if is it worth getting to, it also a mp3 player, well what you buy is what you get
