He could not have fixed it then. It would have required a re-cone. And I doubt anyone would re-cone a sub for a 85 cent black and mild cigar...

Yes, with a full recone, by Kicker. Just soldering some wires wasn't going to do jack shit for it though.

Probably. I don't know how much recones from Kicker cost. But I'm sure they are not nearly as expensive as a brand new L7.

Depends on condition and such.

But if it was a well constructed ported enclosure, it probably would have been worth $40-$50 if you could have found someone locally to buy it from you.
