Well, I belonged to a 350z board, and I talked a lotta shit to them about how they don't accept their car isn't as fast as they thought it would be, blah blah blah. Basically being a dick, but still shooting out,for the most part, correct turbo info.

Until this one punkass little ***** just kept makin jabs, and then I get this email:

Because at one point I was going to get that car, so I joined the forum.

Its a bunch of import ****s though, who don't accept when they could be wrong.

Most of the people on there don't know shit really. Not saying I do, but they know a whole lot less than me.

from what i see, there're generally 2 big groups. the domestic fans and the import fans. there's like this innate hatred for one another simply because of taste in cars, rather silly if u ask me. of course there are people who dont fall into either category, but thats what i've observed reading car forums.

engine mods are a waste of money either way, unless your modifications help your gas mileage. i can drive all day with a stereo, but there is a speed limit. you dont need a TT daily driver, you just need it to feel like you have big balls, or so it seems.

My opinion is you should do whatever you want with your car and forget about everyone else's opinion ...

exactly...however the irony is that the majority of people who modify their cars do it for the exact opposite reasons. i.e. to fit in with a certain car croup somewhere, to feel cool driving down the street, to pick up chicks, and the list goes on and on.

I drive a civic.. but I love all cars. Maybe it's just because I like understanding how motors work though. And I'm a horsepower and handling junkie.

I'll be picking up my uncle's '78 Chevelle SS next week.
