Dude.... Did I Get RIPPED

man i am just trying to get an understanding, sorry if it is causing you grief
No no, I was trying to help..but kept giving you the wrong answers. It was me who was being stupid. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif Everything I posted I ended up rereading and having to edit my previous post so that I didnt mislead you. But like I said, the answer you seek is MORE POWER. From what I have gathered, everything is fine, you just lack the power to move the subwoofer to it's full potential.

ok so explain it to me... on crutchfield diagram the one voice coil is hooked up to itself - to + and the other is hooked up to the amp... but in the pictures it looks like the positive from the amp is hooked up to the positive of one voice and the negative to the ot her voice coil but in the diagram the pos and neg go to the coil.....

Check online and see if your pioneer can run at 1 ohm, some are rated for it, especially the mono amps. If this is possible you would want to wire your voice coils in parallel for 1 ohm load, the amp woudl make at least twice as much power as it is currently putting out.

Try the type E's on the pioneer amp and see which one is stronger. Sorry you got int all thsi but $150 is not that much of a loss and the gear works, you can easily spend twice that on one woofer with no box. Check if that pioneer can go to 1 ohm online.
