I am looking for a templet for a dual alt bracket for my blazer, and pics of the install . Also I want to use ad244 case style but will use what ever the bracket is for.

Sweet. I've got a 4.3 too, but I haven't had much luck finding a bracket anywhere.

Talk to some of the big name alt companies like Mechman, Ohio Gen, Excessive amperage, or Powermaster. They have some duel alt brackets and if they dont have the right one for you may be able to make a custom one.

i dont have it hooked up anymore as i like my air conditioner but

i took off my ac and made a bracket for another alt to go were my ac was on my 98 blazer

might still have the bracket

they do sell brackets for them though

i just took out the entire ac unit and used 1/2 in steal and mounted the steal to the ac brackest and bolted the alt to the steal

but make sure u have it lined up perfect

it actually is not hard at all to do

then u will need a new belt most likly but that is nothing big

Yea, if you're willing to lose the AC it shouldnt be that hard with some metal+welding skills or find someone who can do it. When mine was made it didnt seem too hard.
