Whats a fair price for this design?

the guys that building said we'll talk about it later, hes a friend of mine so I know he wont kill me on $$ but I want to give him FAIR value LESS 20% for the homeboy hookup.....

My question IS whats fair?

Box is 2.0 cubic feet after sub, port & bracing displacement w/25 square inches of port tuned to 34Hz

Box measures 32" wide x 14" tall x 15-1/4" deep.

With subs in the box it will be around 80lbs.

DAYUM, thats what enclosures are runnin' for REAL?

I was thinking $150+materials!

Im also thinking about doing away w/the first layer of MDF, just to cut down on some weight & size. He also said if I go side by side he could make it a bit smaller. I know it wont be much thou, we'll see after its done if we have enough laying around...
