box sugestions for kicker cvr 12 dual 4 ohm

hello all, i have 06 ford extended cab (small) and currentl running ported box 2.0 cu.ft housing a cvr 12. not getting deep hits like i should. have a fosgate 500.1 amp sub is faceing the seat port is face toward the inner cab. could i go to a 1.8 cu.ft. box port facing up. any ideals would be appreciated

2.0 cf is ideal for the sub maybe tune lower to 34 or so they dont hit very low tho
