dual 4ohm voicecoil wired to 1ohm help

I do understand it but thought 160ow rms would be more beefy than half for the sub, correct me if im wrong
your wrong, that sub on that amp will get very loud and sound excellent

WHEN INSTALLED CORRECTLY

if installed incorrectly it will sound like 'poop' forever.

and your helping //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
ok, so I basically I wont be using my amps full potential then correct. whats the best way around this. should i change the amp if want at alot more power or change the sub for a 1ohm sub if thats possible
this was the defining moment where i decided that he was clueless and all he cares about is getting the full power outta the amp
