dual 4 ohm sub with rub4.600 amp. what to do?

The RUB4.600 is a 4 channel amp. you can bridge ch1&2 to one 4 ohm voice coil, then ch3&4 to the other 4 ohm voice coil.

just be careful with polarity and use a DMM to set the front and rear gains - get them as equal as possible (within a tenth of a volt).
