That is absolutely nuts to see that happen to your subwoofer bro! I wouldn't panic. I have had car audio mishaps thru shipping. All turned out ok.!

yeah call ups and seller.. i shipped some ht tower speakers 15 yrs ago and i bought $300 ins on them (i thought it was for the par) but 1 had a dent in top of it called ups they sent guy to buyers house to look at it and they sent me $300..

Ssa will not answer the phone. Been trying all day. Got an email 5 hours ago and now they don't respond to it either. I expected better customer service than this. If you can't answer the phone during business hours you shouldn't run a business. Maybe to them it's no big deal but to me it *****. I got my truck torn to hell, sold my old equipment and built a box for 2 subs. So now I have nothing in the truck and a $400 and something dollar sub sitting on my work bench

Just an update for anyone who cares. I've tried now for 2 full business days to contact SSA about the broken subwoofer I received.They don't answer the phone and the voicemail is still full. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever had. I understand things happen in shipping but to not answer for 2 days and just leave me hanging is unacceptable. This is the 3rd woofer I've bought from them and could very well be the last if they don't answer me real soon.
