4g will have greater resistance and you'll have a much larger voltage drop at your amp under heavy load compaired to if you ran 1/0. If you run 4g you may have bad dimming or require an additional battery while with 1/0 you may need nothing extra.

Doesn't anyone know what a wire capacity chart is anymore?

And last I checked, judging power cable by amplifier wattage completely ignores amplifier efficiency. There's a reason manufacturers list amplifier input power ratings.
