you are still impaired when you smoke weed. you might handle it better thoughyou cant say im fine to smoke weed while i drive around but alcohol and driving is instant death. **** that. you cant bash drunk drivers if you drive around smoking weed. i have done both and you are impaired.

Maybe if you're stoned off your ***, but I've never driven while high myself, just been with friends, and I've never even seen one do anything out of the ordinary even once. As far as I can tell at worst they drive as if its been a long day and they're exhausted, possibly overly relaxed, but definitely no worse than most people drive sober on a daily basis anyway...

i have driven for hours with people who drink while we are on our way to go 4 wheeling and they are fine when we get there. back up the trailers into tight spots and operate fine on the hwy. but in reality they are smashed. to me you cant justify driving stoned but bash on driving drunk. two different drigs but same results.

So was said but without you being there you never can tell. And perhaps she did. But there are two different types of driving..... proactive and reactive. She did everything possible reactive. But 99 percent of the time if you are paying attention you can tell if somebody is about to do something before it happens. Getting in the lane slowing down but perhaps not enough coming over to quickly etc. I have logged a LOT of miles in my life (lots of trips and use to deliver pizza) and you can almost ALWAYS judge what somebody is going to do before they do it by just paying attention to their driving

I was coming home late from work one night. It was the summer on a Friday. I was coming up to an intersection where I have the right of way and the other lanes have to stop. As I'm getting close, maybe 150-200 feet, I see a silver PT cruiser just hauling balls. I let off the gas and coast, rather than drive. I get to 50 feet, and sure enough, the PT cruiser just blasts through the red light with a left hand turn to top it off. I look and see a few of my classmates who would probably have been better swallowed by their mothers. Turns out I was right about the alcohol, as they came from a massive party.

Not saying jman's girl's friend did anything wrong. But observing shit has saved me from countless wrecks.

Ya man my Ex GF has this new boyfriend. Every other night she calls me telling me how she almost dies getting a ride home from him cause hes always drunk going like 70 on back roads.

Update: Talked to my gf, and they released her last night. Turned out she had whiplash and bruises, but overall was just fine. Only thing I'm worried about is last night, she kept twitching and she couldn't control it.

Man, I hope they can sue that bitch.

yea try to get as much as you can for medical too... back and neck injuries stay with you and physical therapy is expensive

I ****ed up my neck two years ago (and it was muscular) and it didnt even hurt for a week or two and countinued to get worse... I went to a doctor a few times before going to a specialist who refered me to physical therapy. I did physical therapy for 8 weeks and it got 80% better and a couple weeks after i stopped going it was back to the way it is. I just tough it out and take a lot of ibuprofen... kinda sucks i cant get any muscle relaxers bc doctors dont want to prescribe it to me since im 17
