I just took 6 times the regular doesage of vitamin B and im drinking Cranberry/pomegranite juice. I also took 2 tablets of creatine. Should I take some muscletech NO?

take b12 and it will make ur piss yellow so u can drink a lot of water beforehand and its diluted, should be fine for a home test
