downloading off the internet?

Wow, didnt know isp's had download limit's. Does that include surfing website and playing video games? Or just stuff that you actually downloaded?

but like i asked, what if youre somewhere is asia or some far away country using an American download program. what are the chances?? i mean gotta be almot zero ya think

They could probably catch you, it's just a matter if the country you get caught in will cooperate with the US and let the US try you.

newsgroups, you buy a account with usenet or someting(so the files are hosted longer) get a program if you want to be lazy, like newzbin. then someone uploads files in rar fomat, fragmented. you download all the rar's to one folder and extract them and you have your file...

that's how aol used to work

The only way to safely download something off the internet is p2p (i'm not talking about p2p software like kazaa/napster/limewire) i'm talking about straight from you to another person.
