looking at all of these custom box builds then trying one myself definately gives me a new respect for you box builders. It's much more difficult than I thought. Looks awesome man. You think you'll be able to get some vids of it pounding when finished?

Ahh, I assumed you were gonna be fiberglassing the kerfed part's.

So is glue all that will be holding the kerfed part's, or will they be pinned / screwed as well? Sorry for the noob questions, But like i said im interested in building a box like this for my sisters Blazer Xtreme. Only to a MUCH smaller caliber.

Yeah, RF makes some decent stuff, but never got into their subs. Their Power Coaxs are great, but I couldnt ever run their amps because of all the RF people have such boners over their amps, that I just couldnt bring myself to.

I know a guy with 8 T1 15s in his Astro and 4 T4ks... Was pretty loud.

anyway hers some new pics... i drew up the bracing exactly how its gonna be, except that it will all be rounded over...

heres the brace that goes across the width of the box...
