Double Din noob guidance

I'm in the market for a decent touch screen double din with bluetooth/android auto. budget is $500. I was about to just max out the budget and buy a $500 sony/alpine but I'm wondering if there is something out there that is streamlined with a good UI/performance without any extra features or customization that I don't really need for a better price. I plan on using two JL 12s (650w mom amp) and a 1000w 4channel for door speakers.
