Doube DIN in 98 F 150

I'm about to install a Pioneer AVHP3200BT in a 98 F-150. Just wondering if a double din will fit right in or if there is something in the way that would need to be cut out. If so, whats in the way and about how long will it take to remove?

Also Im installing 2 pair JL audio TR570CXI and just wanted some input on how this is going to sound and pair up.

I had to remove a little of the rear dash structure in mine. I cut it out with a Dremel tool. Wasn't much work at at all. I was using a Kenwwod HU, yours may not be as deep though. I don't run Alpine co-axials, so i can't comment about the speakers.
