Door speakers cutting out when I connect the amp.

ok guys i think this is the way i must discoonect all h/u wires 100 % now i connect speakers>>>> to amp correct ? and from amp >>> to h/u ? correct ? rca tell me if im right their must be little music running from rca to let me know im right correct ?

I don't know if I can see it right, but it looks like your bridging it? try just doing a regular +/- next to each other?

yeah i try both way lol but my mistake is that i had the cables running with the head unit i think im suppost to run speakers to amp and from the amp tp the h/u correct?

just asking cuz i had a customer with similar issue and he had the speaker wires hooked up to the amp and the h/u

No...........look ur best bet right now is to go to a shop and and have them do it

You dobtt not connect the speaker wires from the head unit to the speakers wires of the amp

It should go headunit------rcas---------amp and from the amp connection the speakers to the speakers wire

Should I or should I not try it the way dappa5 suggested? I would of taken it to the shop already but I wanted to learn how it was done instead of paying someone to do it for me all the time

I tried it that way but it just ended up shorting out the stereo and burning it

The stereo or the amp because Ur ground wire is the problem not the headunit

I already replaced the ground wire with a 4 gauge wire

well smoke came out of the stereo now their no sound on the sterio so it means it burn out it turns on and the fuse still ok but just no sound and yes my speakers work , the only way i havent try it is rca>>amp>>speaker>>>amp>>>h/u dirrectly i havent try it like this.

Thatss not the proper way to set it up again there is nothigg we can do for you so just take it to a shop and let them do it
