Any one has an experience on create door panels with fibreglass. Any suggestions or links from where I can get an idea where 2 start from

Dude, GOOD LUCK. That's an insane undertaking. What alot of shops do is simply wrap the existing door in a layer of mat, glass it, and then do their work. If you are looking to make your own door, clear some free time...like 3 months

i am possibly thinking of re-doing the entire door in my saturn, but i dont know how i want to finish it. im not fond of paining it, and id like it to stay the textured tan that it is now. i know how to texture paint, i just dont wanna //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

there is a glassman DVD on how-to glass your door. it has a video called "advanced door panels" and basically does somthing almost identicle to what the Car Trekker guy did in ramos' first link there.
