Dude, GOOD LUCK. That's an insane undertaking. What alot of shops do is simply wrap the existing door in a layer of mat, glass it, and then do their work. If you are looking to make your own door, clear some free time...like 3 months
Ahhh come on it's only as difficult as you make it. I'm about to redo the bottom portion of the door panels in my piece of crap tracker. I'll be sure to take lot's of pictures //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

there is a glassman DVD on how-to glass your door. it has a video called "advanced door panels" and basically does somthing almost identicle to what the Car Trekker guy did in ramos' first link there.
interesting, but id rather ahve an entire sealed pod - the glass man thing just made it IB. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif
