Door panel help

I need some help removing the interior door panels on a 2004 Chrysler Crossfire. We're trying to install some new Kappas in the doors but our installer (I work at Stereo First in Yakima, WA) can't figure out how to take the panels off. There's a little opening that can be pryed off on the panel itself, but that's the only part that we've been able to open without hurting anything, any ideas?
