i need to get the door frame off my f150 to replace a lock, what kind tool do i need?

I also need to replace the speakers in my Escort Lx, will the door tool work on this car to?

and do you have any tips on how to pull it off with out breaking clips or anything?

Start tugging on it. There should be a few screws near the trailing edge and in the door handle and the arm rest.

there is no specific tool for removing a door panel.
