According to my calculations, for a tuning of 35hz in 10cuft w/ 72.5sqin of port area, the port would need to be 15.932" long.

Lv = (Av*1.84*10^8)/([Vb*(Fb/0.159)^2] - 0.823*sqrt(Av))

Lv = (72.55*1.84*10^8)/[(10*1728)*(35/0.159)^2] - 0.823*SQRT(72.5))

with what you have i got a tuning frequency of 35

FB=.159 SQRT [ (AV*1.84*10^8) / VB*(LV + .823 (SQRT AV) ) ]

FB=.159 SQRT [ (72.5*1.84*10^8) / 17588.31*(8.625+ .823 (SQRT 72.5)) ]

FB=.159 SQRT [ 1.334e10 / 283142.3613 ]

FB= 35

in not a pro so i might be off but i double checked it.

no, start over on it. The port is too small IMO, you need more than 18 sq in of port per driver.
