They really do a lot of different shit on the show from going to CES or SEMA, to following Will to the Doctors.. etc. shit..

Will Castro seems like the worst type of personality for a boss. I wouldn't expect much out of his employees..

I also don't think Reme is that good.. Look at the stuff Will's new crew is putting out.. Much nicer.. But did Will change? is he giving his guys more time? or is Reme just not that great?
