Turbos and superchargers produce power gains by compressing air. All this will do is move air. You'd get more power from adding a sticker to your car than by using this. And that's not an exxageration, because chances are you could easily lose power from using something like this just by the turbulence in air flow it creates.

Since your getting technical it can't be compared to a supercharger either, a super charger is belt driven and actually compresses air, not just moves air.
