Does this deal sound legit?

Hey how's it going fellas.

I was over at ebay.com checking out some stuff, when I saw this item up for sale..

Check it out here...

It's a set of two 12" subs in a box...I don't know the specs but just head to the link and you'll find it.

Asking general opinions..is this a deal, or is there something he's "leaving" off, if you catch my drift...

The guy seems to be a legit seller, but then again, you never know what you're getting..

So if you could check that out for me, it would be greatly appreciated.

In my opinion, that is a bit expensive, but there is nothing left out...add an amp and there is your system.

lets put it this way, takea trip to an Audiobahn dealer and take a listen to one of their prefab bandpasses...

Yeah, if I was you I'd go get a sealed or ported setup WAY before messin' with a bandpass design.

Kicker was the other brand I was looking at.

I listen to heavy metal, I mean, the shit that ..."AHHHH!!!!!!" kinda stuff, lol.

I need a system that will play it good, because that shit is LOUD, and I want to be able to hear the lyrics screaming from the trunk, you catch the drift? lol

you need good mids and highs up front to cover lyrics...

Hell man, I don't even have a car yet lol, not until March, when we sell our house and I get my license. I got my job at Publix to pay for my car insurance, my loan from my dad for the money for the car, and most importantly the system.

I figure working a few months there, I'll have enough for a pretty decent system. Not looking to spend like 3,000 or anything, after all it is my first system and from what I've been told, it's a learning process, heh.

So I came here in advance...figure I'll learn the basics first before I go off buying anything, don't feel like getting screwed over, heh.

For years I've listened to people blaring their rap and stuff, and nobody blares heavy metal where I go to school at....hmm...so it's my mission to blast the shit out of their stuff with some of my medicine...lol. It'll be sweet...

Don't really want to bother turning a few heads blaring rap..would rather break some necks blaring metal...lol. I'm sure through time this place will help me a lot and get me started in the AUDIO WORLD! lol..

Been looking at Image Dynamics products for the past hour, seem real good, what I'm shooting for. I'll shop around some more, thanks for the help!
