Does the IDMAX Have an Equal?

I have a couple buddies that have the Max and I have the Q. I could take pictures of my FI if you would like? Trust me, the Q is not a better woofer. I had mine for 1 week and poof! Sent it back took a month to get back and a while later ripped surround on it w/ grille on it. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif off no more than 900rms in 1.5 sealed box.
Friends IDMax's are still going 2 years later with no problem at all with more watts than me.

I would love to get a Max, but to rich for me. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif
I know you keep *****ing, but you are really the only person I have heard of that has had a problem with Fi. You got a bad driver, simple enough, happens with every company once in awhile. My first BM was misaligned but Nick took care of me and replaced it. I especially think you have no room to ***** due to the fact that you never tried to get it fixed even though it was still under warranty.

Uhm, he's replying to a guy that is saying Max's **** because the one he got had problems. I didnt see you standing up to same the same thing to the other guy.

He states that he DID send it back to receive another faulty one. maybe you chose to not read that part even though you quoted him? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

anyhow, both are great drivers, but I would prefer the sound of the iDmax.

He sent it back after the first problem, not the second.

surprised that nobody mentioned the JBL W12GTi. that was the most badass and cleanest sounding sub ive ever had the chance to hear.
I really want to hear one of those, they look amazing and from everything I've heard they sound amazing while also putting up great SPL numbers.

i have a q it pretty good but i heard better. id say it a solid driver for putting out good output while retaining some sq aspects.

I also want to try out a jbl w12gti, but i also want to try out 2 12" idq sealed or ib'd 2 12" Peerless Audio XLS Subwoofers, Idmax, Si Mag, Sound Splinter RL-P, Treo SSI, SS Icon, JL W6, Arc Flatline, eD 13Av.2, and a few Focal subwoofers.

so yeah i have a big list. but im guessing all of them will sound better than a q probably but most serve different purposes.
