use protecto wrap. same price, but it's butyl. and sticky as hell.

I would only use it on the floor, where it doesn't have any chance of falling off.

Otherwise, I'd use butyl-based deadener.

There are people here that are using it with no problem at all. Doors, floors, etc. However since it is asphalt based, it stinks real bad for awhile. thats why Jordan said to go with the Protector wrap. Its the same thing except its butyl based and very sticky so you could use it anywhere you want and not worry about it falling off.

IMO For all the hassle of taking off panels an then puttin on a product that semi works, I find that it'd be better to save some money an yur time an do it right the first time. But thats jus my theory.
