Does my wiring matter?

Ok, I used this.

buut I realized after i put the box together, that i mixed up the Positive terminals.

So instead of the positive far left going to the amp, the positive far right does.

If you understand what im saying, I'm curious as to if this changes anything.

No, as long as your colils are connected. It doesnt matter which coil you start with I dont beleive.

ok, I just want to make sure because I'm thinking that one coil might get more power now than the other due to the way i have it wired. I don't really wanna take my sub off the front of my box

but if i have to i will.

Your coils cant tell the difference, for all they know the power is coming from both positive terminals.

I would take the 4 seconds and fix the problem...

But if the coils are parallel, and the +'s are wired together, and the -'s are wired together... you're good.

If they are wired opposing, you will probably hear very little, and start burning the voice coil quickly.

Read up on subwoofer phase, if you get the chance. If it's out of phase, the perceived loudness can increased by swapping the +'s and -'s.
