well what worries me is it looks like you removed the factory power to the alternator....is this true?

no....move the two connections from the fender to the frame....if your car's a unibody....use teh shock tower

Nope, its under the ring terminal from the 1/0 wire.

I couldn't find any good accessible part of the frame. I don't know it its a unibody, its a 2001 GMC Jimmy 4 door.

I didn't know where else to ground, plus its all connected somehow.

i have an s-10 (same as the sonoma, jimmy, blazer). the original grounding point drops straight down below and just to the left of the oil filter to the frame.

Did you do the big 3 to yours? If you did could you take a picture of the ground to the frame.
