Funny part is when I posted this is another thread, you were the one who ragged on me for being a newbie and didn't believe me. Take him to court like I am. Maybe when he has to travel all over the country to court cases, he might figure it out.

No biggie, that is why I didn't make a big deal at the time. I knew no one would believe me.

And no, I have not received my amp. I am going to go to the local Courthouse and pick up the paper work this week for small claims court, then probably file early next week. It would be a lot of money to replace the amp he has, so it is worth it to me.

Mike, post pics of the amp with mine and your user name, that also shows the SN of the amp. This will clear the seller of the amp from any involvement in this situation.

I want to get to the bottom of this, and don't want to drag anyone who isn't at fault into it.

Here is a direct phone number to a detective that I spoke to at the GRPD. Sorry, I don't recall the detective's name, but if you tell him your story about Mike still having your amp, I am sure he can add it up. My complaint number is 1133942 if he needs a reference.
