How does everyone feel about this memphis amp?

2 L5 15" kickers,mephis & jl amps,1.0 cap,bass control

It has the exact power I need, Is it a dependable brand? I'm not sure if its the same brand as memphis audio now... because I've never seen their amps look like that.

I used to have that same amp a few years back. Well worth the $100. I just purchased the newer version of that amp now listed in my sig. and it's working out well so far for the past 6 hours haha
