impedence depends on how your sub is wired inside the box. when it comes to amplifiers some amps are not stable at certain ohm loads. if you wire a sub down to 1 ohm and the amp is not 1 ohm stable you could potentially fry the amp.What...you gotta look at how many ohms your amp is also? All I know (I think I know) is if you have an 8 ohm sub and you bridge it...it drops it down to 4 ohms, and I guess if you had a 4 ohm it would drop to 2ohms.I don't understand about ohms... concerning the amp.....when you bridge, is it the speaker or the amp that drops ohms? Can someone please break this down for me!!
