I asked about your box, and he did remember what car it was for and for how many subs, so he hasn't forgotten.

As for today, I went over to his house and helped him start to clean out his garage so he can have more workspace. Lets just say that his garage is a TOTAL disaster. We spent about 3 hours cleaning and got about a 5x10 section of a 2-car garage cleaned out. Threw away a TON of stuff, with LOTS more to come.

We also went to walmart and picked up a dry erase board. As orders come in, they will be jotted down on the board in order. Once they are completed, we will mark it down, once they are shipped, the shipping date will be marked down as well.

Hopefully this will make things run smoother. Trust me guys, i'm really putting an effort into making this business run smoother. Mark does have stuff written down in his computer, but having a giant board in the garage staring him in the face may motivate him a bit more.

Please be patient and don't pull out your orders just yet. Things will be running better in the very near future.

all the time you see posts like this about him.
as for dropping it off at your house that is porlly why, you wer eint eh same city/area and you ocudl have shown up to see what he was doing.

i don't care what he does or how busy he is... take care of business and that is it. Ban him he offers nothing to this forum except headaches and members complaining.

Also he charges way to much, i see a box that someone posted on SIN and well.... i would have NEVER put my name on it.

That bit is purely subjective, Mr Sector. If the customer is willing to pay it then apparently it isn't overly expensive to that particular customer. So the specific pricing really plays no part in it at the end of the day.

Having said that ~ Mark truly needs to get a better handle on things. He may have some people that own a much higher level of patience than I would personally be able to display and after all else is said and done they ended up being satisfied customers.

Yay. Good for Mark.

When you begin to have customer after customer after customer after customer after customer after customer (begin to see a pattern here?!?) make very vocal and public complaints about sending $$$ in good faith and after over a month they still haven't had so much as a courtesy email much less their actual product?

If Mark truly cannot see a problem with the way he is running his business then he really doesn't need to have one.

Don't need a friggin business plan. It's worthless in this situation.

I had to do that shit for my entrepreneurship class last semester. What a god awful waste of time, especially for the people whose businesses were entirely fictional. At least mine was somewhat realistic.
