But, as usual, the few people with problems make the situation look much more worse than it actually is sometimes. Not to say there isn't a problem, because there is, but these threads do more harm than good in most cases.

The situation only becomes bad when things are stated in e-mails and then there is no action behind the statement. I am very understanding to your side of the fence, but ultimately I am the one that has sent money. I have sent inquiries that have basically gone ignored. The only place I have for my voice is this forum. I apologize if it's bad for his business, but I feel a little more consideration on his part is in order.

I should be helping him out today once he gets back from a few errands.

I've been meaning to help him out for the past week or so, but I was down and out with a slight case of pneumonia.

Hopefully things will start to run smoother once i get over there and help him out.

Tommy, if you could find out what the hell is going on with my box I would appreciate it as well. I know it is not your business, or your job to do so, but you two seem to be close, and I could use the hand at this point. I have been extremely patient, and this is the first time I have posted regarding this. It is going on 7 weeks now, when I was originally quoted 2-4. IMO it is getting a little rediculous. People get busy, shit happens, and I can understand that, but ****, this needs to be taken care of.

I got mine exactly when said. I payed him more to actually get it done before he originally said...And not only did it arrive on time, BUT he came to my house and dropped it off, helped me get the rest of my install done (took a few hours), and took some vids that are posted on here now. so....take that as you will, but obviously someone like me has NO reason at all to put down Mark, and if ANYTHING, from my point of view he deserves my support 100%

as for dropping it off at your house that is porlly why, you wer eint eh same city/area and you ocudl have shown up to see what he was doing.

i don't care what he does or how busy he is... take care of business and that is it. Ban him he offers nothing to this forum except headaches and members complaining.

Also he charges way to much, i see a box that someone posted on SIN and well.... i would have NEVER put my name on it.

i was on the phone w/ him yesterday, barely got to talk because he was busy building, i believe he is knocking them out as fast as possible...
