The people criticizing have had an EXPERIENCE with that company.

You, on the other hand, go on nothing but what other have posted. You have never had any dealing with TCAB, myself, or mark in any way shape or form.

You've never bought ports or a box, nor do you intend to. You'd rather just sit there and bash for no reason.

It's his money, he'll ultimately do what he wants with it. I told him it would be a better choice just to wait and get the box (which would be done quickly) than it would be to get the money returned and have to look elsewhere for a box.

I'm disappointed in the way things have been ran up to this point, but I had no choice in the matter. I was in school until the end of may, then I was sick for 2 weeks and couldn't do anything besides lay in bed. Now that i'm up and about again, i'm hoping to turn things around and make things right.

I asked about your box, and he did remember what car it was for and for how many subs, so he hasn't forgotten.
As for today, I went over to his house and helped him start to clean out his garage so he can have more workspace. Lets just say that his garage is a TOTAL disaster. We spent about 3 hours cleaning and got about a 5x10 section of a 2-car garage cleaned out. Threw away a TON of stuff, with LOTS more to come.

We also went to walmart and picked up a dry erase board. As orders come in, they will be jotted down on the board in order. Once they are completed, we will mark it down, once they are shipped, the shipping date will be marked down as well.

Hopefully this will make things run smoother. Trust me guys, i'm really putting an effort into making this business run smoother. Mark does have stuff written down in his computer, but having a giant board in the garage staring him in the face may motivate him a bit more.

Please be patient and don't pull out your orders just yet. Things will be running better in the very near future.

Tommy, I am understanding to all of this, however I have a competition to attend on June 27th. Paypal is going to officially decide in my favor June 19. I simply will not cancel my dispute. I have no doubt that YOU are trying to help make things better, but I bought a product that he told me himself that he could churn out in a week. If I receive VALID tracking information by the 19th of June and when I say valid, I mean that the package is actually making progress in UPS/FEDEX, then I will cancel the dispute. If the matter is not solved by the 19th then I am simply owed a refund. I will not post in this thread after this message, because I do not want to keep perpetuating the harm that is being done to his business. If you need to contact me, I will respond promptly to PM's. Unless he plans on running this out of his garage for the rest of its existance, he will need a business plan to get anywhere.
