Sold does anyone know something else that works besides dynamat?

I have been into car audio since I was about 15. I am 27 now. I have been installing on the side for the past few years. I have always installe dmy own stuff, but on ly in the last couple of years did I start doing it for extra cash.

I was into audio for a long time, then I started doing drugs, as the drugs (and my life) got worse I left car audio behind. I went to treatment 5 years ago. about a year after I cleaned up I started to remember my passion for car audio.

about a year ago I started searching around the damping stuff and now I am here...

Well, its glad to see that you changed your life for the better. On a side note, how you like the B15?

I love it!

It makes the guest room in my house seem more vibrant!!

I am still waiting to install it. I have to dampen the hell out of my truck first then start with the rest of the install.

the cool thing is that my buddys father-in-law owns a custom cabinet shop. they do custom cabinets systems for house that cost $500,000.....

not the house. THE CABINETS COST $500,000...1/2 a million bucks for cabinetts!!!!!!!!!

We get to go to his warehouse and build the enclosure for my B15 with all the laser precision tools they have there. the best wood, the best glue the best of everything

this box is gonna be killer!

anyways, soon as I start onthe install I will let this forum know

Go to DB Drag Racing .From there you can look up Team Underground. From What I had heard the people over in this forum were knowledgable. I have found that with like 2 people here. I am a Moderator at another site. I do know whats going on with car audio competition. Extreme 13+ and SS9+. I try to help out the younger competitors as much as I can but when I tell them about something I have learned and use and they take part of it and change it like they know WTF theyre doing. Thats what iritates me. Most people that would ask a question like this that I know would take the knowledge and use it. He obviously is one with the 4 urbans if he doesnt know anything about this stuff. So why use multiple layers.????For a bicompetitor I would say fill the panels in the back of your car with Great stuff And any cavity with great stuff and then apply the Ice and water sheild. By the way if yours has grit on it you can get it without the grit but usually you have to ask because it is a few dollars more. Sorry if I seem Cranky but I just quit Smoking 2 days ago and havent been in a very good mood lately. BTW our highest certified score was a 175.6

I don't think the attitude is appreciated. There are many very knowledgable people on this forum. I know Loyd, who probably knows more about car audio then everyone on any forum combined, also frequents here. I'm on this, ssaudio, soundsolutions, termpro, and a few other forums, and this is probably all around the best forum. Why add more layers? Why not, the more layers, the more density. It's good to see that you are a very knowledgable person, and a veteran of car audio, but that won't get you as far as a positive attitude will on this forum.
Anyway, good luck with quitting smoking, hope it works out.
